“The entertainment options at Pacifica added an extra layer of fun to our vacation. I especially enjoyed the activities organized by the Animation Team. They facilitated water volleyball and other games that brought guests together in a lively atmosphere. My stay at Pacifica Resort Ixtapa was very nice overall, filled with beautiful views and attentive service from the staff. I particularly loved the variety of dining options and the excellent water activities. However, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, and I encountered some issues with the air conditioning and service delays at times.

I absolutely loved my stay at Pacifica Resort Ixtapa. The all-inclusive food was fantastic with a different menu each night, and I particularly enjoyed the BBQ night. The staff, especially the concierge Jorge, were welcoming and helped make my experience nice. However, I had a few minor issues with the air conditioning, which made my sleep a bit uncomfortable, and the service at times felt a bit slow. Overall, it was a beautiful stay in a lovely tropical setting.
