I absolutely loved my stay at Pacifica Resort Ixtapa. The all-inclusive food was fantastic with a different menu each night, and I particularly enjoyed the BBQ night. The staff, especially the concierge Jorge, were welcoming and helped make my experience nice. However, I had a few minor issues with the air conditioning, which made my sleep a bit uncomfortable, and the service at times felt a bit slow. Overall, it was a beautiful stay in a lovely tropical setting.
